Summary:

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Facebook’s success. The Global Marketing Solutions (GMS) team is looking for an experienced recruiter to build the teams that drive our advertising business forward. The ideal candidate will have full life-cycle recruiting experience, with the ability to hire for a variety of roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Monetization & Analytics. You will own the recruiting process front-to-end, including sourcing & qualifying candidates, working consultatively with hiring managers & partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, and providing a world class candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s like to really work here. This role is based in our Singapore office.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates across the Global Marketing Solutions org, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience

  2. Team with other members of the Recruiting organization (Coordinators, Sourcers, other Recruiters, and Managers) to manage an efficient model of operation

  3. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

  4. Find, engage, and activate passive candidates

  5. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit

  6. Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with technical interviewers and hiring managers

  7. Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

  8. Drive offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR and Orientation teams

  9. Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas and the global Recruiting organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years progressive recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team, with a minimum of 4 years focused specifically on sales/business functions

  2. Knowledge of APAC hiring is a must as a successful candidate will be working closely with clients based in APAC and responsible for building relationships and helping them drive recruitment in Facebook through consultation, education, and support

  3. Passionate about Facebook products and able to speak to our technology/industry and business model

  4. Patient, communicative, team player that is detail-oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills

  5. Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process

  6. Interest in contributing to the Facebook mission and goals

  7. Must be flexible & adaptable, with the ability to hire across a variety of disciplines, experience levels, and compensation plans

  8. Oral and written fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Additional Southeast Asia Languages are preferred because the role will be managing relationship with our suppliers, clients and partners in a location where communications are generally made in one of these languages.
