The Premier Partner Operations team develops solutions for public figures on Facebook and Instagram by creating scaled systems to address issues impacting their experiences with our products. The Premier Partner Protection team protects users and ensures safe connections between users and high-profile constituents. This individual will focus on establishing our integrity support operations for our constituency set, by working to anticipate and predict potential threats and abuse in our ecosystem, create policies and tools to fight against these threats, and implement and enforce scaled solutions. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, partnerships, and data to ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and our partners.The ideal candidate will have a multidisciplinary investigative and analytical background and the ability to make risk-based decisions. It is highly important that candidates are focused on results and are self-starters.Candidates are expected to think creatively about nebulous issues and are passionate about solving some of the biggest integrity challenges facing high profile figures in the world. Candidates will use their technical and analytical expertise to proactively drive solutions for change and ensure safe experiences across the Facebook family of apps.
Develop a deep understanding of issues facing our constituents and how it affects Facebook, Instagram and our communities
End to end program management of complex projects that can span time zones and across functional teams
Ideate and build project roadmaps with timely execution to mitigate risk with strong communication and influencing skills.
Become a subject matter expert in workflows spanning a variety of Premier Partner Protection disciplines in order to effectively advocate for operational excellence.
Identify areas of opportunity and leverage data and insights to influence change at the product, process or policy level.
Identify and resolve fraud trends impacting our users
Proactively investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve sensitive escalations.
Develop strong cross-functional partnerships with partnerships, policy, legal, engineering, data science, product management and other operational teams at Facebook in order to implement optimal integrity solutions
Potential for up to 12 hours a month spent on oncall weekend shift
BA or BS Degree
3+ years of experience in consultancy, analytics, security, online operations, or related industries
Experience communicating the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
Experience working with global teams
Consultancy or MBA experience, or
2+ years of experience with SQL, experience manipulating large data sets or
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
