Facebook Partner Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan in Singapore

The Account and Partner Management team is a sales team that is part of Facebook’s Global Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising. Account and Partner Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results.This position is based in Singapore and will support clients in Hong Kong and Taiwan market.

Required Skills:

  1. Become an expert in Facebook's solutions for business of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

  2. Operate as the lead point of contact for all strategic and operational matters specific to agency partners, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues in a timely manner

  3. Develop strategic partnership with agency partners and implement scalable program to support their business growth

  4. Consult and coach partners to achieve greater business results on Facebook

  5. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly

  6. Work cross-functionally within sales and other Facebook organizations to drive business growth and to increase customer satisfaction

  7. Gather partner and client feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience

  8. Represent Facebook at conferences, events or through webinars

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of working experience in digital marketing, ad tech, agency and/or media sales

  2. Proven success in driving growth with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

  3. Proven ability to build strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders internally and externally

  4. Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team

  5. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and execute in a timely fashion with ambiguity

  7. Fluency in Mandarin is essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients whose usual business language is Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients whose usual business language is Cantonese
