Oracle Inside Sales Representative (Singapore) in Singapore

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Reps will support Applications Field Sales to sell Oracle SaaS (new and expansion) deals that are <75K ARR USD and manage the entire Renewals cycle for Renewals with ATV <75K USD. The Inside Sales Representative will be required to take full ownership of the sales cycle for Oracle Applications opportunities up to $75k ARR USD. This includes generating opportunities in their assigned territory, building relationships, determining needs, working with internal resources, presenting and demoing to customers, managing the quoting and contract process, and forecasting the deal. This is across all industry verticals that are aligned with the sales rep’s territory.

Responsibilities

Quota:

ISR Quota for FY25 will be split into New and Expansion ARR for <75K deals, and Renewal Rate for <75k Renewals. Because this is a new specialized role for FY25, the actual quota figures are yet to be finalized by the Finance Team:

  • New and Expansion ARR : Still to be determined.

  • Renewal Rate : Still to be determined.

KPIs and Measurements for Success:

  • 5 Customer meetings per week.

  • 40 total activities per week.

  • Pipeline to be generated per month (TBC).

  • Forecast New and Expansion deals within 5% of actuals.

  • Actions to close and deal qualification up to date every week.

  • Activities to be logged in Sales Cloud by end of day, every day.

We require candidates who have experience in a consultative sales role in the IT industry with passion for Cloud Solution Sales. Someone who has strong selling skills, a hunter approach, familiar with social media tools and technologies, experience in managing high volume sales pipeline and ideally an understanding of the ANZ market.
