Facebook Facility Process Coordinator in Singapore

Facebook is seeking a Facility Process Coordinator to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Process Coordinator will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through document control and process creation.

Required Skills:

  1. Administer third party software to set up workflows for entire data center campus

  2. Coordinate the development, review and approval of all operating procedures

  3. Manage the document turnover process to ensure all construction documents are properly transferred to operations teams

  4. Audit procedures and processes for compliance to operations standards and adherence to quality

  5. Act as project manager for local process improvement initiatives

  6. Collaborate with centralized support teams to bring global initiatives to the local site

  7. Main administer of training and qualification programs with site teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or GED

  2. Demonstrable experience working in a critical operations environment

  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  4. Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Method of Procedures (MOP’s)

  5. Organisational skills

  6. Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with Microsoft Visio
