Cloud Customer Success Manager within Oracle Retail Solutions

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) position focuses on proactive SaaS engagements for Oracle Retail. The responsibilities require the candidate to work directly with customers and have a solid understanding of the Oracle Retail solutions to ensure a customer's success on various service and product-related offerings. The CSM achieves this success by collaborating across Oracle lines of business and keeping executive management up to date on customer activity.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Oracle relationship with a set of designated customers throughout their engagement. You will be responsible for maximizing the customers’ use of Services by driving a high degree of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Oracle customers.

  • Manage accountability for Oracle Retail cloud services and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management across various business lines and third parties.

  • Plan and execute support activities to ensure effective service delivery within budgetary constraints.

  • Advise accounts on the effective and efficient use of Oracle support services, products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures.

  • Ensure and enhance service quality while maintaining accurate account information.

  • Communicate opportunities for customer engagement with Oracle, including technical events and business seminars.

Desirable Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in Enterprise Software.

  • Retail experience with an understanding of business operations is a plus; prior experience with Oracle solutions is preferred.

  • Proven customer focus and the ability to cultivate lasting relationships.

  • Experience in executive sponsorship and collaboration.

  • Cloud technical knowledge and experience in a service delivery environment.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and independently.

  • Proficient communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels within the account and create opportunities for clients to enhance their Oracle products and services.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Profiency in additional languages besides English i.e. Mandarin or Thai would be highly advantageous
