Facebook Client Solutions Manager, e-Commerce Marketplaces in Singapore

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role is based in Singapore.

Required Skills:

  1. In partnership with a Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Facebook solutions to maximize client value

  2. Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  3. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption

  4. Drives product innovation internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients

  5. Plan media and creative structure and oversee the implementation of campaigns to deliver against client business objectives

  6. Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Facebook solutions

  7. Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations

  8. Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you

  9. Operational Excellence and Project Management

  10. Manage complex external and internal work streams, and optimize clients’ advertising operation mode to meet business objectives

  11. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)

  12. Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)

  13. Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience working directly with, marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required

  2. Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

  3. Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

  4. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  5. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team

  6. Ability to confidently present to build ongoing relationships with external clients

  7. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and delivering actionable insights

  8. Understanding of major advertising success metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field

  2. Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, measurement fundamentals) and the eCommerce ecosystem a plus

  3. Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools and relational databases such as Tableau, SQL

  4. Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  5. Experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with Facebook’s ad solutions
