Facebook Client Solutions Manager, e-Commerce Marketplaces (Brand Marketing) in Singapore

The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. They have a passion for advertising and believe the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable business results. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role is based in Singapore.

Required Skills:

  1. Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert

  2. In partnership with a Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Facebook solutions to maximize client value

  3. Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions

  4. Drives product innovation internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients

  5. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

  6. Analyze data and insights to guide full funnel strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions Relationship Management

  7. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

  8. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

  9. Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation

  10. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators

  11. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

  12. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

  13. Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)

  14. Operational Excellence and Project Management

  15. Project manage complex work streams

  16. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

  17. Ability to travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience working directly with, marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required

  2. Industry experience from eCommerce, CPG, Retail or a Brand Agency/Consultancy will be highly regarded

  3. Understanding of Brand Marketing success metrics

  4. Knowledge of traditional media planning principles and adept at digital media planning and KPIs

  5. Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

  6. Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

  7. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

  8. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team

  9. Ability to confidently present to build ongoing relationships with external clients

  10. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and delivering actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field

  2. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Brand marketing, CRM marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)

  3. Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
