Meta Benefits Operations Program Manager in Singapore

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist to assist in supporting the company’s various benefits programs Internationally. The person in this role will make an impact supporting the implementation of program and systems changes and manage the day-to-day operations and vendor management for benefit programs.This role is based in Singapore and will lead projects, process improvement, metrics, and ensure a high touch employee experience. The person in this role will partner closely with the Benefits, Legal, People Tools, Payroll, and HRBP teams.This is a full time role based in our Singapore office.

Benefits Operations Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Review programs for opportunities to automate, increase efficiencies and outsource. Benefits Manager to operationalize new global and regional programs

  2. Represent the Benefits team as a subject matter expert in a specific area. Drive benefits process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training

  3. Using data, identify opportunities to improve existing and build scalable processes, leveraging technology where possible.

  4. Make informed decisions/ recommendations using data to support these decisions.

  5. Run ad hoc reports on benefits utilization and establish metrics. Ensure performance against metrics is tracked, measured, and shared.

  6. Manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various benefit programs, including program analysis and recommendations

  7. Partner with the Benefits Manager to operationalize new global and regional programs

  8. Design and implement effective communication and education strategies regarding benefits programs

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years’ experience in benefits and/or HR operation in a fast paced organization

  2. Experience in implementation of different benefit programs across International (APAC, EMEA & LATAM)

  3. Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills

  4. Must have ability to effectively use data to drive recommendations

  5. Ability to interact with all levels of a professional organization

  6. A self starter with ability to work independently with minimum supervision and lead multiple projects simultaneously involving various groups / locations / vendors

  7. Strong project management skills including task initiation, prioritization, completion

  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills

  9. Experience in Medical & Health Insurance (including mental health) programs and operations processes.

  10. Familiar with Lean Methodologies
