The Global Talent Intelligence (GTI) team supports our Recruiting organization by providing impactful competitive intelligence in support of finding and hiring the world’s best for Facebook. We are building a scaled approach to analyzing talent intelligence, unlocking strategic differentiation and recruiting team effectiveness. This team focuses on applying data and research findings to drive the right hiring outcomes.
Work with cross-functional partners to understand their talent market research needs and translate them into scoped deliverables
Conduct business, product, and industry research to form data-driven talent strategies for a range of industries
Crack tough business problems and present insights in a compelling way that influences action that drives decision making by applying data/research findings to support the right hiring outcomes for Global Recruiting.
Capture and maintain accurate market and industry intelligence on our knowledge management systems to ensure a single source of truth for our data and inform our overarching Market Intelligence initiatives
Proactively identifies and executes on opportunities to provide better data and insights to attract and engage the great builders for Facebook.
Ensures rigorous approach to identifying diverse talent in all GTI efforts.
Ensures stakeholder alignment of priorities and initiatives across related functions (Recruiting Leadership, People Analytics, etc.).
Establishes success metrics for projects and talent intelligence endeavors, leverages quantitative and qualitative results to inform impact of GTI's work.
Manages and escalates risks and issues as appropriate
Demonstrated experience influencing partner and client goals
Demonstrated experience in using data and analytical tools to build insights and drive decision making
Experience establishing and managing multiple priorities
Experience working across various levels of an organization
Experience promoting and sharing content both to groups and broad global audiences
Experience in Recruiting, HR, Data Science, Analytics, Supply Chain or similar partner organizations
Experience working in the Technology or Social Media Industries
Experience working with, or in support of, diverse communities
Experience in project management, working on projects that impact the recruiting process or supply chain
Experience in leading global projects
7+ years of Recruiting or Supply Chain Experience inclusive of people management, with global/multi-location leadership experience
