Meta Account Manager, Korea (based in Singapore) in Singapore

The Account and Partner Management team is a sales team that is part of Facebook’s Global Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Facebook and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages and Advertising. Facebook Advertising solutions. Account and Partner Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. This position will be responsible for managing the Small & Medium business in our Korea marketThis position will be located in our Singapore office and covering our Korea market.

Required Skills:

  1. Become an expert in Facebook’s solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs

  2. Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients

  3. Consult and coach advertisers to achieve greater results on Facebook

  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

  5. Gather advertiser feedback to enhance current and future ad products

  6. Identify trends to increase advertiser satisfaction with the support process

  7. Develop strategies and tactics to drive revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction

  8. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Product teams within Facebook

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree

  2. 4+ years experience in account management or sales

  3. Prior experience working in digital marketing from in-house, agency, media

  4. Korean language is required because the role manages relationships & communications with Clients in a location where communications are generally made in Korean

  5. Highly motivated and entrepreneurial

  6. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

  7. Experience as a Facebook/Instagram user and some familiarity with Facebook’s ad products

  8. Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills, expertise in Microsoft Excel

  9. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership

  10. Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and execute in a timely fashion

  11. Knowledge of digital marketing landscape of Korea is essential because a successful candidate will be working closely with clients based in Korea and responsible for building relationships and helping them drive business results on Facebook through consultation, education, and support
