Featuring 180 guest rooms and suites spread across three million square feet of pristine beaches on the southern end of Shura Island. Miraval The Red Sea will guide guests on a luxurious wellness journey for the spirit and soul.

Miraval The Red Sea will introduce the wellness brand’s signature mindfulness-based wellness practices to a new corner of the world, empowering guests with tools and inspiration to find balance and support their emotional and mental wellbeing. Located on Saudi Arabia’s Shura Island, the central hub of the highly anticipated new hospitality development, The Red Sea Project, the new Miraval resort will pave the way bringing transformative wellness experiences and the largest spa in the Red Sea destination. The high-end luxury wellness resort is slated to open as part of phase one of the Red Sea development.

For this eagerly awaited new opening in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a

Director of Programs

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Director of Programs is responsible for the development and daily operations of the extensive array of Miraval guest programs and activities. Manages and oversees outdoor adventure, yoga, fitness, specialist classes, and other wellness and recreational pursuits within and outside of the resort.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Programs Director role or similar

• Proven track record in creating and developing mindful and innovative health and wellness programs

• Comprehensive knowledge of health and wellness program operations, scheduling, and resource management

• Hyper focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Up to date on current industry trends and best practices

• Skilled in recruiting, training, and leading a diverse team of wellness professionals and program facilitators.

• Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and operational metrics

• Passion for mindfulness, holistic wellness, and luxury hospitality.
