Bureau Vertias North America Business Developer in Saudi Arabia

We are a world leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) , delivering high quality services to help clients meet the growing challenges of quality, safety, environmental protection and social responsibility.

Purpose of Position

  • Identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers

-The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Major Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement 100%.

  • ‏Identify Potential clients & acquire at least 50% new clients /penetration to - Sales Pipeline should enhance at least 70% in RPQ

  • ‏Update sales in the salesforce application 100% and make sure job ‏is completed.

  • Acquire Business from new Projects/Secure penetration and business from ‏the respective field.

  • ‏Cross-selling at least 4 clients per month.

  • Strictly follows BV Code & policies,

  • ‏Self-Initiate the sales pipeline after visiting clients.

  • ‏Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions, Provide insight market and sell our services.

  • Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities.

  • ‏existing services into new markets.

  • Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, and analyze actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers.

  • ‏Organize and support sales and marketing TL.

  • ‏Perform other duties and projects as assigned / support on bidding documentation.

  • Key clients in the Western region.

  • Client management

  • Business Development

  • Proposal & sales pipeline management

  • Sales target achievement

  • Contractual risk assessment and management approval

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA

  • Relevant experience in the field of Sales & Marketing.

  • Awareness of BV’s services

  • Negotiation Skills

  • Understanding of applicable contractual terms & conditions Skills & Qualities: .

  • Communication skills, and basic knowledge of TIC services
