Responsibilities
• Firefighter will participate in duties of protecting life and property and firefighting/rescue operations.• Provide fire protection services to ensure adequate, proficient, and prompt response to all fire protection dispatch calls to treat injuries and minimize loss of life and damage to property• Perform structural fire rescue tactical procedures and participate in the department’s established fire training programs designed to provide additional experience in the area of firefighting and rescue operations.• Proficiently operate fire apparatus and related equipment.• Clean, wash, tests apparatus, hang hoses and polish vehicles.• Completes and submits response reports specified by NFIRS within required timelines.• May be required to work all Romanian and U.S. holidays and weekends• Medical certification to perform job will be required.• In addition to the above, performs other tasks as directed by Supervisor
Material & Equipment Directly Used• Firefighting equipment and materials, Computer, tools, phone, vehicles.• WORKING ENVIRONMENT• Hazardous and stressful conditions, be able to work long hours, overtime and live among fellow firefighters• PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: • Work will require lifting up to 50 lbs.; stooping; climbing; prolonged standing; prolonged sitting; and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to the weather. Employee use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in certain areas. Such PPE includes but is not limited to head, foot, hand, torso, respiratory, vision and hearing protective devices. Must comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations and published Company work rules.

Education/Experience Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess DoD/IFSAC/PROBOARD certification as Fire Fighter II, Driver/Operator - Pumper and Confined Space/Technical Rescue and HazMat Operations, NREMT.
Must possess NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 certifications.
Must possess a current National Registry Emergency Medical Technician certification.
Must possess a current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
Must pass and maintain entry-level physical examination in accordance with NFPA 1582
Must have a current, valid U.S. Passport and Driver’s License (able to drive manual transmission).
Must have and maintain a valid U.S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment.
Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements including psychological,
medical, dental, drug testing and background check
EXPEREINCE:
· At least 1 year of experience with an organized fire department.
