The Regional Sales Manager for Radiometer Iberica is responsible for Developing and implementing Sales strategies, managing and coaching a Sales Team in order to grow and expand our direct sales and profit margins within assigned region on products or services. The RSM is also responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers.

This position is part of the Radiometer Iberica Sales Department, the a reas to cover will be Andalusia, Galicia and Portugal.

You will be a part of the Sales Team and report to the General Manager responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue targets, overseeing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals. The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in business/sales or marketing

  • Sales experience: A strong background in sales (5 years minimum). This includes experience in sales management, business development, and account management.

  • Experience in IVD/MD industry to adapt quickly to our fields of activities.

  • Management experience to lead and motivate a Sales team to achieve their goals.

  • This job requires to speak Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • This role require to spend 60% of the time traveling within territories

  • The candidate must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
