Professional Education Manager Abiomed - Eastern Europe

As Professional Education Manager you will support Peer to Peer (Physician) education (onsite and remote Physician educational programs) with focus on the Abiomed Camp Community as well as develop new KOLs while establishing new markets for Abiomed. You will consult with Marketing and other functions to ensure all content is appropriately updated and to integrate digital marketing tactics to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience. You will participate in the strategy and focus on the implementation of speaker events and execute all peer to peer educational programs: online webinar programs and at the hospital, hotel, congresses and ABIOMED facilities. You will work in close alignment with internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement programs that support Abiomeds mission of increasing education, awareness, and adoption of hemodynamic support.

This role will report into the Director Market Development EMEA.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of customer programs held in major trade shows or established as separate symposia

  • Registration and invitation management, coordination of programs with internal and external stakeholders

  • Support Physician Programs and speaker management process in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (Mktg/MO)

  • Participate in the development and execute educational programs and training courses at appropriate teaching institutions

  • Participate in the development and execute educational webinar programs

  • Liaise for 3rd party speaker coordination

  • Coordinate logistics organization for all events such as travel, hotel, catering, etc.

  • Control and Ensure FU process re HCP engagement (invitation/honorarium payment/follow up)

  • Perform data input and prepare contract management within legal and compliance standards.

  • Analyze sales force data, trends, and reports

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience in professional medical training and education and/or marketing role

  • MedTech, Healthcare, Pharma or other regulated industry experience is required, experience in Cardiology, Surgery or ICU is preferable

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • demonstrated proficiency with project planning

  • Familiar with MS Office suite: power point, Excel, word and SFDC experience

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Critical and strategic thinking and adaptability in fast paced environment

  • Good ability to handle multiple tasks with multiple stakeholders

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), second EU language (eg. Polish) preferred

  • Readiness to travel
