Kierownik Rejonu Serwisowego (K/M)

Miejsce pracy: Szczecin

Twój zakres obowiązków :

• Zapewnienie serwisu urządzeń zgodnie z podpisaną umową na serwis urządzeń dźwigowych (windy i schody ruchome) w podległym rejonie,

• Utrzymywanie pozytywnych relacji z klientami,

• Ustalanie planu pracy i nadzorowanie podległych pracowników (konserwatorzy urządzeń dźwigowych),

• Dokonywanie odbioru technicznego wykonywanych prac remontowych i wystawianie świadectw kontroli,

• Przeprowadzanie regularnych audytów i kontroli jakości urządzeń oraz prowadzonych prac serwisowych,

• Współpraca z Działem Sprzedaży dotycząca realizacji umów serwisowych,

• Zarządzanie sprzedażą części zamiennych,

• Tworzenie analiz oraz raportów usterek na zlecenie klientów,

• Bieżące raportowanie wskaźników dotyczących bezpieczeństwa.

Nasze wymagania :

• Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku min. 3 lata, mile widziane w branży dźwigowej,

• Wykształcenie techniczne (wykształcenie wyższe mile widziane),

• Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu rozproszonym zespołem pracowników,

• Umiejętność obsługi programu MS Office,

• Komunikatywność i orientacja na cel oraz klienta,

• Umiejętność analizowania danych,

• Prawo jazdy kat. B,

• Mile widziane uprawnienia SEP do 1 kV, D i E.
