Eaton Corporation Area Sales Manager (International responsibility) in Poland

For the role you need to be located anywhere in Poland. This is a remote postion with responsibility for Poland, Slovakia and Czech Republic. Frequent travelling across the region ( ca. 50% of the time) will be required.

What you’ll do:

This position is primarily accountable for supporting the profitable growth of the designated product line in the defined zone.

Scope of duties:

  • Drives growth for product line business in the core markets by defining new opportunities and creating a strategy and action plan to turn new opportunities into profitable business growth. The ASM will continually monitor business conditions and global competitor activities

  • Responsibility for the regional sales by product line targets in line with the given profit plan.

  • Coordinate and manage project pursuit with wider team from other regions

  • Manage the administration of the CRM , project and customer databases making sure all the information are always up to date

  • Agree and execute a business plan with the Zone Leader with specific objectives of developing top line sales

  • Identify new business development opportunities and potential new routes to market, developing a business development strategy relating to the sales objective.

  • Extensive travel is a requisite for this position both locally and regionally

Qualifications:

• University degree in relevant field i.e. Business, Engineering or Technology or proven relevant experience.

• 7+ years of experience within similar role in large matrix organization with a proven track record in achieving profitable growth across multiple countries

• Very good command of written and verbal english language

• Very good and proven communication and presentation skills

Skills:

• Good knowledge of the Hazardous Area and Industrial markets : applications, channels, principles of the technology, customers’ needs and behaviours.

• Understanding of investment process and project stages

• Agile mindset to balance both the short and long term needs

• Ability to lead and execute upon strategic commercial objectives, aligned to a broader vision, able to build a result orientated and collaborative culture

• Strong ability to build relationships and influence
