BroadPath Healthcare Solutions IT Specialist I in Philippines

Overview

BroadPath is hiring a Seasonal IT Specialist to work onsite at our BGC, Taguig office. As an IT Specialist Associate at BroadPath, you'll be the face of our IT department and a crucial representative of our company. In this role, you'll provide expert remote IT support to our distributed workforce, helping colleagues and customers resolve issues, fulfill requests, and connect with the right resources within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional first-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing portal

  • Create and manage IT support tickets following established guidelines and documentation standards

  • Triage support tickets, categorizing and prioritizing based on urgency and impact

  • Assign tickets to appropriate IT groups based on issue category

  • Conduct remote troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic techniques and targeted questioning

  • Develop and implement effective solutions based on thorough analysis of issues and provided details

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support personnel when necessary

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on IT products and services

  • Maintain detailed and precise ticket documentation adhering to defined protocols

  • Perform follow-up tasks and keep customers informed of ticket status

  • Handle all support interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

  • Meet or exceed ticket resolution SLAs consistently

  • Assist with BroadPath onboarding processes

  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including potential day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of IT Support experience

  • English communication skills both in writing and voice support

  • Time Management

  • Microsoft Windows OS, Office Suite, 365 Admin Center, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and Active Directory

  • ITSM, SysAid

  • TeamViewer

  • Avaya One X, Five9, Genesys PureCloud, Amazon Connect, Nextiva, InContact

  • Basic laptop/desktop diagnostics

  • Basic network and connectivity
