Summary:
SPWR ROHQ is seeking an Associate to join the Project Management Office (PMO) and support the Center of Process Excellence (COPE) in the Regional Operating Headquarters in the Philippines. This position reports to the PMO Manager and works with various PMO experts and process owners under the Global Business & Finance Services (GBFS) organization. This is a project-based position for 12 months.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives and administers companywide initiatives on robotics, process automations and improvements related to the Finance & Accounting processes
Collaborates with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
Facilitates and monitors the progress of reports rationalization and projects list
Tracks, reviews, and summarizes status reporting for Stage Gate projects, Change Request processes and other various projects with adept understanding of overall risks and issues
Provides management reports covering:
Overall progress and health of projects
Status of milestones and deliverables
Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks
Operational efficiency and project performance
Documents accurately the project's creation, development, and execution as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification
Able to initiate or suggest improvements and simplifications to various processes
Highly flexible in shift assignments as needed to support the work requirements
Assists in other duties as assigned and delegated
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Value-centric, proactive, effective, and efficient
Strong adaptability to align with change; independent, self-starter and highly agile to complete projects in a timely manner and under minimal supervision or direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and executives.
Excellent organizational and technical skills
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Strong analytical and project management skills required
Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Organized approach and able to work under pressure
Able to lead and engage with IT, Process Managers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts

Location: ROHQ
This is a project based employment
Candidate must be willing to work in Binan Laguna
Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays)
Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
Candidate will be on flexible work arrangement (combination of onsite and remote work) (if applicable depending on the nature of the job)
Tool of Trade: Laptop/Desktop, Extended Monitor, Headset (as needed)
