Account Manager

Description

* The function:*

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for all daily contacts with existing commercial and governmental customers in the assigned territory in the EMEA realm and guide all newly generated orders and processing them to the point of delivery. Your focus will be on the total needs of the assigned customers which you will address actively and translate into success. You will develop, optimise and sustain contacts with new customers.

You will report to the General Manager.

Qualifications

* Bell requires:* Education to at least Middle Vocational Level (HBO). Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the aviation industry. An analytic, pragmatic team player with a flexible attitude, who provides optimum service and quality to our customer base. Someone who displays initiative, but also takes responsibility and builds long-term relationships with customers. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of SAP. Fluency in the aviation language English. Additional languages are welcome. Willingness to travel internationally.
