Job Summary

The Personal Injury Department is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager to join a growing team. This position is for legal professionals who are at the advanced paralegal and case management skill level with extensive litigation and case management experience.  Must be able to work 9am-6pm Eastern Time, but the position can be fully remote.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, court filings, and other legal proceedings.

  • Manage and maintain client files and electronic records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assists with maintaining Files and Database to ensure everything is documented accurately.

  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their cases.

  • Draft and send correspondence to medical providers, including letters of representation and balance requests.

  • Call medical providers and obtain balances and assist in balance reductions.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

  • Assists with other essential functions of the department.

    Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal/Case Manager for a law firm (preferably in the US), and/or a JD/Law degree with experience as an attorney in your home country.

  • Proficient in writing and communication (English C1-C2 level)

  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, and case management software.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
