Job Description

Provides technical support for solutions that incorporate one or more Intel products and technologies, drives solution design ensuring timetomarket readiness, transforms opportunities to design and production wins, and enables ecosystem and industry partners for platform solution readiness.

Develops and implements product design, development, and validation tools and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production. Delivering product training/workshop to resolve NEX customers' inquiries, demo and PoC staging.

Deliver vertical segment's use case support - Develops and/or optimizes cross/full stack software to enable or analyze Intel platforms. Applies expertise in both software and hardware to optimize for a specific segment such as cloud, Enterprise, AI, HPC, Edge, network, or client.

Understands partner and customer software stacks and engages as a trusted technical advisor to discover opportunities to showcase value of Intel technology and platforms aligned with mutual roadmap. May also analyze and benchmark a platform, development of KPIs/KEIs, and/or systemlevel measurement methodologies as part of platform and software optimization. May act as the voice of the partner/customer softwarestack to influence Intel platform/technology roadmap.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Platform HW design, application engineering and/or Intel IA validation.

Familiar with embedded systems, computer system/board designs.

Experience in open-source OS and modern scripting language

Experience in Media Graphic driver development/validation

Experience in Display Interface debug/validation

Technical Documentation, Technical Requirement Definition and Design

Customer Support, troubleshooting, and good communication skill.

Familiar with circuit design/ circuit theory, understanding of electrical component and characteristics.

Familiar/ Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, analyzers, multimeter).

Excellence in English communication (verbal and written) with ability to work with diverse set of stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Silicon Design Engineers/Architect, Validation Engineers and Customers)

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
