Key Responsabilities:

• Bank file approvals

• Management of the day to day processing of payrolls.

• Management of Third Party and employee enquiries.

• Ensuring that country legislation is followed and updated accordingly.

• Relationship Management with local third party support teams.

• Performance monitoring of third party services.

• Statutory payments and reporting including all taxation and Social Securities.

• Year End reporting.

• To meet all statutory and business compliance.

• Monitoring and training of all team members.

• Investigate and correct any errors due to system or process issues.

• Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure system and processes meet best practice.

• Supporting the consolidation of local payrolls to one location and platform.

• Ex-Pat Payroll management

Skills

Essential Competences

• BS Degree in Administration, Accounting or similar.

• Experience in international Payroll teams and processes in a global company

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager : Payroll process and methodology, system implementation, team management (remote co workers), client service.

• Fluent in English, with an international mind set.
