Oracle is hiring for a detail-oriented martech product guru to join the CX Marketing Product Development COE (Center of Excellence) team and work with our customers in Latin America. Team members possess a diverse background from marketing technology companies, customers and marketing consultation firms with knowledge of technical, functional and information architectures, leveraging this credibility as trusted advisors and technical mavens with customers, partners and internally across Oracle. The ideal candidate would be passionate on helping our customers become marketing heroes ! Job Description This role is in Oracle’s CX Marketing Cloud Product Development group, part of the Cross-CX Center of Excellence (COE). As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this product role requires technical expertise with Responsys, a considerable breadth of knowledge and understanding of CX Marketing Cloud products, industry best practices and marketing-related business processes and strategies. Successful candidates will assess, develop, and recommend technical and strategic solutions for our Latin American customers. This requires a passion for marketing and technology, a problem-solving aptitude, interpersonal skills, creativity and independent judgment. Responsibilities include: Support execution of Oracle CX Marketing customer strategy and product success to ensure customer retention and expansion. A deep technical understanding of Responsys including Responsys Programming Language (RPL), API usage, SQL filter usage.. Educate, advise, and support account and product needs through your technical expertise of Responsys cross-channel orchestration strategies and data design. Coach customers in adopting best practices around targeting and personalization of content across channels (site, mobile, email, etc) by leveraging Responsys and the entire suite of CX Marketing products. Guide customers on becoming more competitive by implementing, adopting and expanding their sophistication in using Responsys and CX Marketing products. Help customers develop strategies to engage customers across customer experience touchpoints—at the right moment with the right message—by transforming the customer experience leveraging Responsys and its capabilities. Provide cross industry subject matter expertise and relevant industry solutions using CX Marketing product suite for Latin American customers. Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle CX Suite of products and how they bring value to Oracle CX Marketing customers. Desired Skills and Experience Bilingual in English and Portuguese as daily work will be in both languages (Required); knowledge of Spanish is a plus 5 years of technical expertise with Responsys across channels (email, SMS, Mobile Push, Web Push) as well as RPL, API, and SQL filter expertise. 6 to 10 years as Digital Marketer with experience in cross-channel orchestration and automation. Understand how an organization can drive revenue and customer engagement through real-time actionable data interwoven with marketing automation Hands-on experience with Oracle CX Marketing products (Responsys, Infinity, Maxymiser, Recommender and others/or similar products) as a customer, consultant or partner would be preferred In-depth level of knowledge in digital marketing, customer intelligence and marketing automation platforms Experienced in strategic and analytical management of digital campaigns. Strong customer engagement skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese; comfortable presenting to customers and colleagues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel as needed Certifications on Oracle Responsys or CX Marketing products would be a plus. A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent. Be able to analyse a customer’s product usage and combine that with a customer’s business objectives to deliver recommendations for improving product usage and marketing performance. Deliver ongoing feedback to the Product Managers and Engineers building our solutions for the marketplace. As a member of the product development division, you will communicate product strategy and functionality to customers, initiate and foster relationships with other internal teams and customers, deliver strategic and technical recommendations to enhance customer retention, and build best practices and videos to ensure product success. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing and independent and creative thinker. Fully competent in own area of expertise with a focus on driving customer and product success. Detailed Description and Job Requirements Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
