看護師向けのe-ラーニングコンテンツ「ナーシング・スキル 特定行為研修」の編集・制作に携わっていただきます。製品の特性上、日本の看護師資格が必須となります。

[業務内容]

• 特定行為研修施設にて使用される特定行為研修を受講する看護師向けのe-ラーニングコンテンツ「ナーシング・スキル 特定行為研修」のコンテンツ編集制作業務

• コンテンツを最新の医学エビデンス、診療ガイドライン、その他の臨床情報ソースに基づいて最新の状態に保つ

• 上記を実現するために著者・監修者（医師、看護師、薬剤師）と協議をし、新しく作成または改訂するコンテンツを決定する

• 著者・監修者により執筆（作成）／改訂されるコンテンツを、編集方針やプロセスに沿って編集／制作し公開する

• 校正者やベンダー、ライセンス担当者、その他の編集スタッフと協同して、コンテンツを継続的にメンテナンス／公開する

• 医師や看護師、薬剤師である著者や監修者のマネジメント

• 顧客ニーズを把握し製品への反映有無を検討する

• 特定行為研修施設申請に関連する顧客サポートを営業と連携し実施する

• 看護師資格（必須）と大学院修士課程修了（必須）

• 5年以上の臨床看護師経験（科目は特に問わず）

• 英語力（文献が読めるレベルは必須、英会話が出来るレベルであると尚良し）

• PCスキル中級以上（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）

Job Description (English)

About the position

You will be involved in the editing and production of e-learning content for nurses, "Nursing Skills Specific Practice Training". Due to the nature of the product, a Japanese nursing license is required.

Job Description

• Editing and production of content for "Nursing Skill Specific Action Training," an e-learning content for nurses who take specific action training used at specific action training facilities.

• Keeping the content up-to-date based on the latest medical evidence, practice guidelines, and other sources of clinical information

• Consult with authors and supervisors (physicians, nurses, pharmacists) to determine newly created or revised content to achieve the above

• Edit/produce and publish content authored (created)/revised by authors/supervisors in accordance with editorial policies and processes

• Collaborate with proofreaders, vendors, licensing officers, and other editorial staff to maintain/publish content on an ongoing basis

• Manage authors and supervisors who are physicians, nurses, and pharmacists

• Assess customer needs and consider whether or not they should be reflected in the product

• Provide customer support related to specific training facility applications in collaboration with sales and marketing.

Required Skills and Experience - *In order of priority

• Registered Nurse (required) and a Master's Degree (required)

• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience (any subject)

• English language skills (ability to read literature is a must, ability to converse in English is a plus) and Fluent Japanese

• Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• One or more of the following "Skills / Experience We Welcome" which applies to you.

Skills/Experience that would be a plus.

• Medical editor or equivalent work experience

• Online product creation

• Basic education experience at a nursing college or university
