About the role

This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our digital marketing strategies and the robust demands of the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong acumen in digital marketing, marketing automation, and new business development, with a specific focus on HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Japan Product & Experience BRM, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the HVAC market in Japan.

  • Leverage digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns, using insights to optimize future strategies.

  • Marketing Automation:

  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts

  • Design automated workflows for lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.

  • Monitor and optimize automated campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.  

  • New Business Development:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities within the HVAC sector in Japan.

  • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the market footprint and drive growth.

  • HVAC Product Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of HVAC products, technologies, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product capabilities and sales goals.

  • Provide insights and feedback to influence product innovation and enhancements based on market demands.

  • Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between the digital marketing team and various business units, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive collaborative success.

  • Present strategic plans, progress reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are experienced Enterprise Business Systems professional. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with digital business analysis.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on marketing automation and campaign optimization.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Proven experience in business relationship management, digital transformation, or a related role.

  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact with people at all levels.

  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, matrix teams in multi-cultural setup to achieve strategic goals. Proactive, self-motivated and a team player.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills.

  • Ability to handle several projects at a given time.

  • Proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support.

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology. At least 5 years of senior leadership role in a multi-national company with a regional responsibility.

  • Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, CRM systems in the manufacturing industry offering complex configurable products.

  • Experience and knowledge in major ERP/PDM/CRM/Data Lake, BI/SAP/Salesforce/eCommerce/Digital Marketing/Service System/Digital Factory/IoT Solution etc.)

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Good knowledge of cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.).

  • Good knowledge in Data Privacy, Cyber Security

  • Good knowledge in Agile methodology, preferably certified Scrum master
