業務内容:

• 医師が臨床現場で治療方針を決定する際に参照するオンライン二次文献データベース「今日の臨床サポート」のコンテンツを更新する

• コンテンツを最新の医学エビデンス、診療ガイドライン、その他の臨床情報ソースに基づいて最新の状態に保つ

• 医師である著者や監修により執筆／改訂されるコンテンツを編集する

• 校正者やベンダー、ライセンス担当者、その他の編集スタッフと協同してコンテンツを継続的にメンテナンス／公開する

• 薬剤師と協同して薬剤情報を更新する

• マーケティング、セールス、テクノロジーチームとも協同する

• サブリードとして、企画の管理進行およびメンバー育成を行う

• その他のアサインされた責務やタスク等を遂行する

必要となるスキル・経験

• 編集業務の経験

• ビジネス初級以上の英語力

• 英語の文章を読むことに抵抗がないこと

• 英語の簡単な文章が書けること

• Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPointに関する基礎的なスキル

1. Today's Clinical Support: An online product for physicians2. Procedures Consult: An online product for clinical practitioners and medical students

Job Description:

• Update the content of "Today's Clinical Support," an online secondary literature database referenced by physicians when determining treatment plans in clinical settings.- Ensure the content is up-to-date based on the latest medical evidence, clinical guidelines, and other clinical information sources.- Edit content written or revised by physician authors and reviewers.- Collaborate with proofreaders, vendors, licensing personnel, and other editorial staff to continuously maintain and publish content.- Work with pharmacists to update drug information.- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams.- As a sub-lead, manage project planning and progress, and support team member development.- Perform other assigned responsibilities and tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in editorial work- Business-level or higher English proficiency - Comfortable reading English texts - Able to write simple sentences in English- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience editing medical publications (online articles)- Medical qualifications (e.g., nurse, pharmacist)- Experience as a medical writer- Team leadership experience

Desired Qualities:

• Highly aware of deadlines/schedules and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Positive and willing to learn new things, even if inexperienced
