Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Researcher/Sourcer at SRS, you will play a critical role in identifying top talent to strengthen our candidate pool. You will be expected to research and develop an excellent understanding of the entire marketplace. You will be seen as an expert who can build a myriad of innovative sourcing strategies which will rival our competitors in the market. You will be required to generate highly creative sourcing methodologies to turn passive candidates into active candidates.

Key responsibilities (including but not limited to).

  • Create heat maps across the market to understand the location and quantity of relevant talent.

  • Create personalised communications to outreach and engage with passive talent via various mediums.

  • Research all social media platforms to engage relevant generational talent.

  • Create user friendly candidate pools using company CRM system.

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs.

  • Put measures in place to assess the success of chosen methodologies, e.g. i) quantity of prospects identified, ii) quantity of prospects converted to actual candidates, iii) quantity of candidates converted to hires.

  • Share expert knowledge with wider Talent Acquisition team to broaden knowledge base and improve our overall sourcing efforts.

  • Research and understand industry to help build a large funnel of qualified candidates.

  • Create long term relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and gain further knowledge of the market.

  • Stay current with industry trends, ensuring our recruitment efforts are on the pulse.

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 2+ Years of proven experience as a sourcer, preferably within a consulting or agency environment.

  • Expertise in building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of data and analytics to support talent market research.

  • Specialist in various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, alterative social media platforms, search engines and other.

  • Proven ability to successfully connect with candidates, ideally experienced in data scraping tools, e.g. Apollo.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
