Customer Care Advisor - Your Role:

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll lead our commitment to excellence by engaging with policyholders and accurately recording claim details.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Build relationships with insured individuals and clients

  • Communicate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding

  • Skillfully negotiate settlements and oversee claims

  • Resolve complaints with empathy and proficiency

  • Prepare meticulous claim forms and documents

  • Manage a substantial claim portfolio

  • Maintain detailed records of actions and conversations

  • Safeguard and update policy and claims data

Qualifications/skills

  • Exhibit genuine empathy in all interactions

  • Exceptional communication for effective connections

  • Previous administration and phone experience

  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks

  • Navigate complaint resolution with poise

Experience

  • Previous customer service expertise required
