The NACI Business Operations team develops tooling, people and process frameworks that enable Oracle to drive customer and engineering success. The ideal candidate manages and develops highly available solutions that drive organizational efficiency. They are expected to architect, design and implement technical solutions that contribute to the overall success or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure NA Sales organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to contribute to projects and programs at the strategic and tactical levels by deep-diving into technical and business domains

  • Demonstrate ownership of multiple programs and projects that improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

  • Comfortable in a collaborative, agile development environment. The role is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering and Finance

  • Display a bias to action, identify and implement optimal solutions to solve business problems while working within ranges for quality, timelines and budgets

  • Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally, via presentations and in writing

  • Understand the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of production services.

Candidate Profile:

  • 8+ years extensive experience operating large scale Oracle Database deployments.

  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

  • Willingness to work US Hours (Eastern Time zone)

  • Demonstrated ability to identify organization-wide issues and works with key stakeholders to drive them to resolution.

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent experience

  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and networking technology

  • OCI Professional Certification

  • Experience as an Oracle DBA and Extensive experience with Oracle Database

  • Experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle SQL

  • Experience with JSON and integrating REST APIs into apex apps,

  • Experience with Exadata

  • Understanding of distributed computing and cloud-based platforms

  • Experience and understanding of cloud infrastructure services, regions, and multi-AD designs

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
