Position: Engineering Documentation

Education Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical

Job Role: Maintenance (Planning, Execution and Documentation)

Responsibilities:

• Compliance to SOPs and execute the job as per SOP & cGMP/GxP requirements.

• Execute the plant preventive maintenance, facility maintenance, calibration and non-routine work.

• To ensure proper documentation of engineering activities as per GDP requirements (Operations, monitoring, calibration and maintenance) as per SOPs

• Assess the requirements of spare required for maintenance.

• Update plant maintenance records.

• Ensure the implementation of EHS practice during the routine work.

• Keep proper communication to avoid any gaps in operation.

• Ensure completion of any other work assigned by reporting authorities.

• To perform SAP related work.

• To work in EDMS application and perform related activities.

• To work as department training coordinator and impart trainings.

• Ensure minimum breakdown in plant/system/utilities and optimum utilization of resources.

• Coordinate with internal external customer for proper planning/execution of maintenance work and project activities.

• To prepare returnable and non-returnable gate pass.
