Position Overview:

Engineer will assist in the configuration/development/support of the IT Service Management Platform through out of the box Fresh Service solutions, marketplace Apps, 2-way API integration using NEXLA, FreshService API, along with Custom Application development based on the business requirements.

As an Engineer you will work with team to implement and deliver Incident, AMDB, Major Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request, Solution Article, Reporting, Dashboard Modules and develop in a fast-paced agile Scrum project environment.

In addition, the Engineer will participate in supporting the Senior engineer in designing, meeting, and consulting with business clients to refine, test and debug Programs /Processes to meet business needs.

What You’ll do on a Typical Day :-

  • SupportDeliveringITSM applications and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules and configuring Application UI and Configure Workflow

  • Interacting with clients and participating in client and Business discussions for requirements gathering and planning

  • Supporting onsite design and Functional review ,Support delivering the modules

  • Participating asa Business Analysts and designing the FDD (Functional Design Documents),SOW and Technical Documents

  • Supporting Configuring and customizing the system to support business process and functionality.

  • Collaborating effectively with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests.

  • Identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions, ensuring appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible.

  • Ensuring tool configuration consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments

  • Participating in ongoing production support and end user support.

  • Collaborating with System Administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements; and then transforming the requirements into a valid solution.

  • Working closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for configuration, implementation, and support.

  • Designing and building applications and providing integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices, and methodologies in an agile scrum environment;

  • Providing strong development, ensuring project is on track and collaborating on an ongoing project in both new and enhancement development among engineers, developers, analysts and other team members

  • Maintaining, and applying documentation best practices, procedures, and processes throughout development, reviewing and applying any additional UI/UX requirements from internal team and aligning into

  • Develop and maintain secure and reliable system integration solutions.

  • Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to ensure that all systems are integrated to meet business requirements.

What We’re looking for :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. (Preferred)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Create and manage data flows between systems and applications.

  • Analyze and debug system integration issues, System Error handling and Audit Required activities.

  • Monitor system performance and modify as needed.

  • Provide support for integration-related tasks.

  • Experience with integration and middleware technologies such as SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and EDI

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Level 2/3 Engineer Incident Ticket Issue Resolution Support

  • Service Request SNAP FreshService activities, as needed.

  • 24/7 Product Support for outages & development changes outside normal hours.
