Dealer Operations Manager

to join our Marketing & Sales Team in Szentendre Office.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

  • Market Representation & Sales Support: Develop and execute plans to achieve Ford’s sales goals, ensuring dealer performance, coverage, and customer experience. Implement the Retail Fitness Program and ensure legal compliance of dealer contracts.

  • Dealer Openings & Terminations: Manage the selection, contracts, and setup for new dealers, as well as the closure process for terminated dealers (including financial reconciliation and trademark removal).

  • Dealer Development & Profitability: Support business planning for new and underperforming dealers, track profitability, and implement training and action plans to improve results.

  • Dealership Appearance & Standards: Ensure dealerships meet Ford’s appearance and operational standards, managing showroom upgrades and related contractor work.

  • Customer & Dealer Satisfaction: Oversee customer satisfaction programs, coordinate dealer surveys, and manage the annual Ford President’s Award competition.

  • Systems & Technology: Implement dealer management systems (DMS) and manage the rollout of new digital platforms like eCommerce and Test Drive tools.

  • Additional: Maintain strong dealer relationships, coordinate Ford’s ISO certification, and suggest process improvements.

Looking for a candidate with:

  • University, or College degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of field experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hungarian/English)

  • Outstanding negotiation skills

  • Problem solving

  • Structured thinking

  • Attention to details

  • Project management
