We are looking for someone with:

  • University degree holder in Marketing, Finance or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in MPF and financial industry

  • Demonstrable skills in working with Agile / Scrum work environment are an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Self-motive, well organized and attentive to details

  • Mature and strong personal drive.Able to work independently and under pressure and solve problems effectively and efficiently

  • Customer-centric mindset to formulate better MPF sales journey

On the job you will:

  • Identify and analyze the training and education needs for distribution channels, and develop comprehensive training plans and initiatives accordingly.

  • Create and oversee training and education programs aimed at achieving customer engagement and penetration, as well as enhancing the distribution service experience

  • Assist in organizing agent immersion sessions to gain insights and identify areas for improvement.

  • Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives, making necessary enhancements to improve outcomes.

  • Participate in the complete production process of eLearning materials.

  • Work closely with the distribution and sales teams to support various business initiatives.

  • Assist in coordinating and managing various ad hoc tasks related to training and education.
