Sherwin-Williams Senior Financial Analyst FP&A in United Kingdom

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Forecast preparation & discussion with sales managers on demand plan

  • Finance/Commercial support to BU

  • Sales/Margins Reporting

  • Collection of all demand plan/costings/Expenditure/Facility etc to complete ALL P&L templates

  • Flash preparation

  • Operating Plan & various changes/amendments

  • Support People Planning (through Group/Marketing/R&D employees) and ensure that process results in accurate Budget/Actual reporting

  • Delivery of the budget/Operating Plan (including People Planning) to leverage accurate Business Incentives/Compensation.

  • Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.

  • Proactively inform the EMEAI Area Controller & Sales Director on sales dynamics.

  • Support directly the EMEAI Area Controller with ad hoc analysis as required.
