Fortive Corporation Regional Sales Manager – UK North Ireland in United Kingdom

Job Purpose: Responsible for actively engaging new and established customers to generate revenue for FHS products throughout the UK & Ireland, to achieve sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for achieving target in assigned region/territory. • Work with other colleagues to provide a coordinated approach for Fluke Health Solutions. • Deliver consistent market growth through the identification of new customers and market opportunities. • Use Fortive Business System tools to manage funnel effectively through sales stage to close. • Report regularly against defined objectives to Line Manager. • Carry out a weekly review to identify gaps and create short-term actions to drive improvements. • Work proactively with inside sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. • Share customer feedback Marketing, R&D, Product Management. • Follow-up all marketing qualified leads within 48 hours. • Carry out product demonstrations and presentations to create new opportunities. • Map the market and assess gaps and opportunities. • Ensure sales activities are input into CRM and ensure CRM is updated weekly. • Expand customer contact database by working on market visibility actions with marketing. • Provide training and technical support to customers. • Utilize value-selling methodology and tools. • Execute country growth strategy together with UK colleagues. • Build competitor strategy and increase market share in key vertical markets. • If necessary, create Problem Solving Reports to address variances and create counter-measures. • Provide commercial input and leadership on Landauer tender renewals. • Be present in the field, as aligned to customer visit KPI’s.

Key Performance Indicators: • Achievement of sales targets. • Customer relationship building. • Tender management. • Product and application knowledge. • Team building.

Qualifications/Skills and knowledge: • Degree educated with minimum 10 years in related discipline. • Ability to build partnerships at various levels within end users and KOL’s. • Experience of selling into hospitals and service organizations – networking within different departments and building up their knowledge. • Hands on sales abilities combined with commercial negotiation skills. • Highly motivated to succeed, grow and develop. • Good communicator and excellent organization skills. • Ability to drive change, dynamic self-starter with hunter mentality. • Runway to develop career path within Fortive into future sales manager or leader positions. • Advanced CRM/funnel management skills. • Results driven. • The ability to work cross-functionally.
