We are currently looking for an Account Manager - West and East Midlands being responsible for driving sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.

Next to driving sales the main purpose for this position is to achieve financial commitments from customers in an assigned geography/territory. This job is viewed by customers as a trusted advisor and solution provider to their problems. In order to complete sales, this job must not only understand the clinical environment to complete sales, but also be able to identify and solve customer issues.

Responsibilities:

• Drives sales and achieves financial commitments from customers in an assigned geography/territory.

• Manages internal tools to document sales opportunities, customer information, daily sales call activities and follow ups.

• Sets and negotiates pricing based on an understanding of the territory and market trends.

• Identifies and understands customer issues and is able to offer the customer solutions through products or services.

• Identifies potential sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to current customers and potential customers to discuss their needs, current problems, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or related field.

• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field.

• Advanced Degree is preferred.

• Clinical and / or medical experience is preferred.

• Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects

• Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives

• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
