ReSound Account Manager - South England in United Kingdom

Join GN Hearing as a Sales Account Manager and take on a crucial role in ensuring revenue growth within both private and public sector accounts in your designated region. You will be responsible for reaching substantial sales goals and carrying out strategies that support our vision of becoming market leaders. Your role involves cultivating enduring partnerships with important stakeholders, discovering fresh avenues for business growth, and securing high levels of customer contentment. There is an enticing prospect for an enthusiastic sales expert to effect meaningful change in the sector focused on advancing life quality through creative hearing solutions.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will,

  • Achieve net hearing instrument revenue targets and grow additional revenue streams monthly, quarterly, and annually.

  • Implement GN Value Selling methodology to build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new customers.

  • Formulate and implement a yearly plan for regional business activities that corresponds with organizational targets, subject to quarterly review.

  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Training teams to deliver a seamless sales process.

  • Monitor customer performance and sales trends, adjusting strategies to support underperforming accounts.

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and complete sales reporting within deadlines.

  • Deliver effective sales presentations and introduce new products in line with marketing strategies.

  • Coordinate customer training on GN Hearing devices and provide ongoing support.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you,

  • have 2+ years of experience in external sales is required, with preference given to those familiar with Medical Devices and public sector clientele.

  • Can demonstrate adeptness in conducting presentations for gatherings of more than 10 participants

  • Hold expertise in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.com.

  • Are proficient in utilizing computing software, such as Microsoft Office applications.

  • Have a proven ability to learn technical knowledge quickly and deliver against measurable targets.

  • Possess a full, valid driving license with the ability to travel >90% of the time.

  • Are fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, French, or Nordic languages) are a beneficial asset.
