Medical Education Manager EU South – GYN Surgical Solutions

Location: remote from France, Italy or Spain

Travel requirements: 50-70%

Language requirements: English, French and Italian fluent, Spanish a plus

Join Hologic's mission to champion women's health as our Medical Education Manager for EU South. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the adoption of advanced hysteroscopy in outpatient settings through impactful educational programs in France, Italy and Iberia. As Medical Education Manager EU South you will be a key player in our team, liaising with internal and external partners to elevate our GYN Surgical Solutions and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customer focused education programs that meet evolving market and clinician needs

• Obtain clinical insight to drive Hologic Hysteroscopy portfolio adoption and Organize educational activities for regional events and congresses

• Drive and manage medical and clinical study initiatives in close relationship with Medical Affairs

• Oversee program logistics, data reporting and regulatory compliance

• Integrate new technologies for innovative learning experiences

• Strategize third-party educational collaborations

• Complete annual needs assessment in partnership with Scientific affairs, Market Access, and Marketing (regional and in-country) to identify Hologic needs to engage HCP Consultants in a compliant way

• Cultivate relationships with key healthcare providers

• Handle education grants and manage the medical education budget

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Understanding of surgical marketplace and knowledge of hospital environment (OR/Ambulatory) and preferably outpatient setting

• Experience in medical education and project management

• Knowledge of compliance guidelines within Medical Device sector

• Marketing acumen: segmentation, targeting, messaging

• Data analysis and budgeting skills

• Exceptional organization, stakeholder management and relationship building skills

• Proactive mindset with excellent communication

• Proficient in English, French and Italian both verbal and written

• Flexibility for frequent travel
