We are looking for Dutch speaking colleagues passionate about providing support in After Sales as well as customer engagement for a world-famous automotive brand.

What you will do:

• Decide if calls need immediate attention, transfer, or follow-up.

• Understand each customer’s needs from the provided info.

• Collect and update all necessary details in the database.

• Use your empathy to guide customers through technical issues.

• Escalate concerns and clearly explain company policies to customers.

• Liaise with customers and prospects to promote products, identify purchase opportunities, and explore how our other products or services can provide additional benefits.

What we expect from you:

• Willingness to interact with customers and provide them with an excellent customer experience.

• C2/C1 level of Dutch (assessed by an external provider) and at least B2 in English.

• Availability for training of up to 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 05.15 PM.

• Flexible working hours after the training period: shifts between 7.00 AM and 11.00 PM, from Monday to Sunday and between 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM for Roadside Assistance.

• Customer orientation and at least 1 year of working experience in sales or distribution.
