Job Description Summary

This role supports the sales organization in achieving its business objectives and is responsible for managing the quotation process for customer quotations, pricing, and order entry. It also involves ensuring the quality of quotation data before it's entered into the system and working closely with sales, service teams, and customers to fulfill commitments and resolve issues.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide robust support to the sales team, including resource optimization, salesforce effectiveness, and funnel management (LCT funnel, visibility, data accuracy and vital signs)

• Ensure efficient commercial operations within the LCT, focusing on process optimization and daily operational support.

• Work closely with field sales and service, cross functional teams/operational pricing teams to resolve technical and process-related issues, and support in pricing for small to medium multimodality deals.

• Proactively resolve and escalate issues across functions regarding contract requirements to meet customer commitments and GEHC orders targets, identify and raise contract/tender risks to ensure proper review by relevant stakeholders.

• Responsible for driving the overall execution of the GEHC customer offering/quoting /pre-order/order entry processes May include facilitating customer and opportunity creation in customer/order tracking databases.

• Act as key contact for internal (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure on time, high quality quote processing, contemporary processing of customer related work and customer satisfaction.

• ITO- tender management: Prepare Tender requirements and ensure stakeholders alignment and tender process adherence.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Commercial Excellence

• Experience with quotation and order entry systems tools (such as SFDC, eOM, Oracle, etc.)

• Understanding of ITO process

• Highly motivated goal-oriented self-starter with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, takes initiative to make things happen.

• Adaptable to multiple requests and daily changes.

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
