Position Summary:

Manages, develops and motivates employees performing activities related to Program Management. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management customer programs and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Applies technical knowledge of product support/logistics disciplines and Program Management Best Practices to direct program activities.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Education:Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related Field of Study

• Demand Planning/Forecasting Methodology experience

• Experience managing projects

• Experience in completing SIOP reviewes, preferred

• Experience with Service Parts Management (SPM) planning tool
