Description and Requirements As EMEA Workstation Business Management Team Leader you are responsible to own the Business Management system cross 16 markets and cross Customer segments (SMB/Enterprise & Public Sector, Global Account). You will manage a team of Business Development Managers including specific Alliance Partnership. Workstations are critical to Lenovo’s future success and a key part of our solutions Sales transformation especially with Gen AI reshaping the modus operandi of many Vertical Market segments. You will contribute to the success of the Workstation growth and in that sense also working very closely with EMEA and WW Product Teams. Job Description Capture market dynamics, project trends, build a robust and long term plan to deliver workstation growth expectation (as well as Attach). With your team, runs (bi)weekly Business Management System (BMS) with key markets to track QTD performance vs Plan and recommend / implement / support corrective actions to ensure CA/revenue/GP targets are met. Assess & mitigate risks / issues through effective contingency plans and help to improve Workstation financial predictability.  Drive strong relationship with Strategic Alliance Partners ( nVidia/AMD/Intel) and key ISVs Manage a funding support budget at EMEA level to Acquire New Accounts and support dedicated Channel Sell Through activities. Lead by example, recognize outstanding performance and encourage employees to be innovative and support ideas that should be implemented Promote and drive the ‘One Lenovo’ ambition, working collaboratively with all Lenovo product groups and teams, especially the ISG (Server), the Workstation being the best link from PC to Server. Manage on a adhoc basis with the WW Vertical Segment Managers CAF Events (Customer Advisory Forum) to share future roadmap trend and get critical customers feedback. Share with executive team on a monthly basis REL Acquisition progress as well as Channel Depth and Breadth trends Together with EMEA Channel team, Define / Finetune EMEA Workstation Expert Partner program, including Lenovo SOW and with your team and local markets ensure WEP quarterly business cases are defined and executed. Work with EMEA Marketing team to define pan-European initiative and agree on expected ROI Key Interactions Local Workstation Team Leaders, country 4P and business managers WW Vertical Segment Managers Strategic Alliance Partners EMEA Finance EMEA Marketing Team Qualifications Degree in Business with a strong analytical discipline Minimum of 10 years experience in product / business management. Understands technology & it’s practical application especially related to Gen AI / contribution to customer requirements.
