Clinical Development Manager – Biosense Webster, EMEA Marketing

The Clinical Development Manager at Johnson & Johnson plays a crucial role in supporting and developing the clinical use of both existing and new technologies. In this role, you will enhance the effective penetration and adoption of new technologies, ensuring flawless field implementation of marketing strategies.

Objectives of the Position

  • Develop and implement a top-tier clinical strategy to ensure the successful integration and utilization of new products (NP).

  • Establish and maintain relationships with NP users and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across EMEA to link NP usage with the latest clinical strategies, particularly in AF treatment.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing (EMEA, NPM, Global Marketing) and R&D teams to support the smooth introduction of new technologies.

  • Implement marketing strategies in the field, with a special focus on critical-to-success product applications.

  • Ensure clear understanding and deployment of strategies by local clinical teams to achieve successful clinical application of BW products and rapid therapy adoption.

  • Enhance utilization of CARTO® 3 Systems and new technologies, especially in the AF field, through close collaboration with local Clinical Managers and Clinical Specialists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or life science, or equivalent experience in the field

  • Three to five years of experience in the Electrophysiology Field in a clinical role (mandatory)

  • Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology: Possess a high clinical understanding and deep product knowledge to support EP cases, understand new product needs, and effectively convey information to different audiences.

  • Significant leadership skills: Demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire others.

  • Experienced trainer: Skilled in delivering effective training programs.

  • Self-confidence and integrity: Display confidence and act with integrity in all professional interactions.

  • Project Management: Proficient in managing projects and delivering results within specified timelines.

  • Effective communication skills –verbal and written: Clearly and concisely communicate information to various audiences. Fluent English both written and spoken is required.

  • Ability to travel extensively across EMEA (>70% of the time)
