The Job

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our channel partnerships in Central & Eastern Europe, to deliver on revenue targets as well as qualitative objectives. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Sales-, Marketing-, Enablement- and Technology Organizations as well as regional executive leadership (internal & external) to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies, help your partners drive new business opportunities, jointly grow incremental recurring revenues and land key customer wins.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain & execute a solid territory plan to grow recurring revenues by optimizing your partner ecosystem and coverage of the AVEVA Portfolio. Grow existing business: expand with existing distributors, Schneider Electric and specialist value added resellers.Build new business: Identify & fill regional and / or portfolio gaps through new partner acquisitions.

  • Develop & execute strategic partner business plans, ensuring that joint business goals are committed & met, key stakeholders are aligned, resources are mobilized, and top opportunities & accounts are jointly pursued.

  • Create and drive scalable & repeatable initiatives with your partners (and their ecosystems), focusing on generating incremental recurring revenues by driving our Cloud- and Subscription business, and winning New Logo customers.

  • Develop & ownyour 360° partner business relationships up to executive levels.

  • Work with the Enablement Team, ensuring partner readiness & drive certifications.

  • Work with AVEVA's Marketing- and Events team to drive co-marketing initiatives with your partners, ensuring mutually agreed KPIs are tracked and met.

  • Leverage modern seller tools to maintain account hygiene, accurate weekly sales forecasts & progress reporting and deliver Exec Level QBRs with your top Partners.

  • Be able to fluently deliver the key value propositions of AVEVA's portfolio (within 3 months) and educate your partners of our value in the context of their market goals.

  • Support your partners in all aspects of business operations, to ensure that AVEVA is easy to do business with.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in strategic channel partner management for high value, complex solutions and a high business impact.

  • Strong leader, who is creative, with the ability to think big but also knows when to act pragmatically to achieve results.

  • Strong sales mindset, with the drive to exceed revenue targets.

  • Strong analytical capabilities to measure business performance and ability to quickly make smart data-driven business decisions.

  • Excellent communication-, listening- and cross-collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and leaders, both internally and externally

  • Strong team player, who is ready to help others and enjoys supporting / leading cross-functional v-teams to drive additional impact.

  • Fluency in English required
