Job Information
Position Summary: Participate in the implementation of Human Resource strategies for his/her business unit across EMEA. Provides a broad range of Human Resources Business Partner functions to support the goals and objectives. Increase credibility with our partners & employees. Increase the capacity to impact and add value to the business. Is a partner for VP and Directors for his/her area of responsibility.
Role & Responsibility
Strategy:
Implementation of HR business Strategy in his/ her area of responsibility.
Be part of Business development.
Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and counsel to employees and supervisors relative to policy
HR Policies & Processes:
- Internal support for policies & processes
HR Activities:
Works directly with operations Team leaders, and to address potential dept issues
Plan, execute and administer HR services, such asemployment practices, transfers, hiring & exit,
Work with temp agencies to bring in temporary and contract labor as needed (interview, handle billing invoices, etc.) • Participate in the selection process for BC temporary
Administration & Reporting:
Administers internal job posting system
Reporting of the fluctuation / absenteeism
Secure right invoicing of the agencies
Job Requirement
Education & Qualification: Human Resources - University / Allow Equivalent
Experience: 7>10 years
Experience Description:
HR Management
Labour Laws
Strong negotiation skills
Tenacious with strong attention to detail
Travel Standard: 7>10 years
Global Breadth: Multi-Country (> One Country)
Knowledge & Skill:
Knowledge of laws and regulations
Good knowledge of English written and verbal
7-10 years experience working in HR Management
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Excellent communication skills
