Medtronic Sales Analyst - Compensation and Incentive in Czech Republic

As a Sales Analyst you will be a trusted adviser and partner to sales organisation as well as an invaluable resource to the CoE (Commercial Excellence). You will manage multiple projects at once, often with stakeholders in various business units and geographies, support strategy and territory design for the Western Europe region. You will also support the sales organisation and finance on incentive projects, commission plans, and payout calculations. You will administer, improve, and optimize incentive systems, management and processes.

The sales analyst is a specialist working under low supervision and collaborating with a wide array of stakeholders. The candidate is comfortable working under fast-paced environment and tight deadlines when necessary.

The sales analyst is an active team member participating with ideas/solutions, thriving to innovate/improve current processes, and cooperating with other team members.

For this role, you can be located anywhere in Czech Republic or Poland and work remotely from home. Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Czech Republic or Poland.

A Day in the Life

• Administer and manage day to day operations of our Region compensation plan, ensuring payments are accurate and timely and paid in accordance with plan provisions.

• Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and deliver business analyses and reports to your sales organization. Provide regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to track incentives performances..

• Partner with Sales Operations, Finance and Payroll teams to accurately calculate and process commissions and bonuses in a timely manner.

• Provide guidance and support to sales organization on sales incentives-related inquiries, policies, and processes.

• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in commission calculations and payments.

• Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales incentive process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

• Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting procedures and training documentation to achieve efficiencies and scalability.

Must Haves

• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales incentive design, sales compensation , or sales analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of sales incentives plans or compensation policies.

• Experience with SAP

• Any additional language such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, would be considered an advantage
