Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills required.

• Strong financial understanding.

• Project Management experience and understanding of the full lifecycle of projects. Ideally understanding of multiple methodologies, “Waterfall”, Agile, Scrum, etc.

• Ability to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.

• Ideally have a background or familiarity with Managed Services.

• Familiarity of ITIL with ITIL certifications preferred, ideally current version.

• Must be self-motivated: must thrive in situations where given autonomy and responsibility to find solutions to problems with limited direction.

• Have a general business acumen to align solutions to business outcomes. Storytelling skills to share the why and how of what we do.

• Strong mentorship and presentation skills, comfortable working directly with customers/clients.

• High attention to detail and able to solve complex challenges.

• Able to work in a high-performance collaborative team.
