Concentrix is currently looking for a Wireless Architect III —MUST BE LOCATED IN DENVER, COLORADO AREA- onsite 4 days per week.

• Responsible for providing wireless technology leadership for the development of wireless technologies includingWiFiand mobile, engineering design, and deployment support.

• Requires hands-on experience with a broad range of wireless technologies includingWiFi, 4G-LTE and IoT as well as competency with key networking elements such as routing, switching, and security.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides technology leadership andleadthe development of complex end-to-end technology solutions involving devices/CPEs, access, transport,coreand backend systems.

• Assesses newproductsrequirements and develop technology solutions and architecture design to support them.

• Tests & certifies new Small Cells, Home/SMB Routers, Wireless AP (Access Points) and Controllers products for the field to deploy.

• Works with Operations to resolveWiFiand mobile access network issues that couldimpactthe business and/or the customer.

• Provides guidelines and technical leadership for thedevelopof tools and processes to support new products and technology solutions development, testing and validation.

• Validate the capabilities of technologies through lab evaluation andpossibly fieldtrials.

• Perform lab evaluation and field trials tovalidatenew technologyconcepts.

• Drives new innovative technologies and approaches (802.11ad/ay, UWB, BNC, Mesh Network, and others) for increasing the performance, reliability, andQoE(Quality of Experience) for customers.

• Supports new wireless technologies and other initiatives that may include improving network security, virus detection, virtualization of network functions, along with new applications and services.

• Supports efforts to maximize the performance of SpectrumWiFi(publicWiFiinfrastructure).

• Develops tools and processes for engineering design, testing and certification ofnew technologysolutions and products.

• Reviews all designs,codeand unit test plans where applicable. Participates andcontributeto RFPs/RFIs, hardware and software evaluations and vendors contracts negotiations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a deep knowledge in wireless access technologies includingWiFi, 4G-LTE and familiar with 5G and a cleartrack recordof excellence managing the wireless access engineering systems within an organization of a well-known media brand.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

• Familiarity with the CPE Wireless Gateway and Router designs and roadmap plans for all major Operators in the U.S., Operational experience withWiFiand 4G-LTE. Ability to manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously

• Related Work Experience

• 12+ years Wireless Technology Development & Management working with the top MSOs, Telco, satellite operators or major wireless vendor in the U.S.

• Education- BSEE in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.

Location:Denver, CO

Salary: The on-target earnings range is $115-130k, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
